Save the date now for the NEFR 2025 which will be held over the Easter extended long weekend – April 17 through 21 2025.
We have moved to the FF field at West Wyalong. West Wyalong is 2 hr west of Cootamundra on the Newell Highway. The Adrian Bryant Field at West Wyalong has a larger flying area, on field camping and a more generous area approval than available at the State Field at Cootamundra. Its also close enough to West Wyalong to take advantage of the many motels and facilities in town.

We have the added bonus of SAM 1788 also running their Easter Event at the same time on the same field. This offers entrants and spectators and their families the opportunity to be part of a lot more action over the weekend.
We will be sharing the huge field with the SAM Old Timer people. They use the mown RC area, so we will mostly use one of the FF areas and join SAM for camping and socialising including a Saturday evening dinner run by the West Wyalong Men’s Shed and a Sunday presentation dinner at the field.
Our flying area will be mown suitable for glider events. It probably isn’t suitable for ROG models. Accordingly, we have omitted Scale and changed the EOT format to suit.
